About the Journal

The Journal of Soilscape and Agriculture (JSA) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scientific journal published by the Department of Soil Science, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Jember. The journal publishes original and high-quality research articles in the fields of soil science, sustainable agriculture, and natural resource management, with a particular focus on tropical and developing regions.

JSA covers research on soil physics, soil chemistry, soil biology, land evaluation, soil and water conservation, agricultural engineering, agroclimatology, environmental assessment, land-use change, and sustainable land management, including interdisciplinary and geospatial-based approaches. The journal aims to enhance the global dissemination of research findings and to support evidence-based solutions for sustainable agriculture and responsible natural resource management.
